Entrepreneur Nick Gambini and family physician Dr. John Coffey founded Elite Medical to bring innovation and clinical excellence together. Nick envisioned a no-cost, concierge-style model; Dr. Coffey brought decades of family medicine experience. Together, they launched Elite as a California medical corporation, headquartered in Visalia, California.

Our leadership and management team combines decades of experience in medicine, operations, technology, and wellness. We’re a close-knit group of professionals who are passionate about what we do. Every member of the Elite team is dedicated to our mission and to providing high-touch, personalized service for our clients and their employees. Here are some the people behind Elite’s success:
Dr. Coffey is the clinical heart of Elite’s leadership. A graduate of Wayne State University School of Medicine, he has been practicing medicine since 1976 elitecorpmed.com. Dr. Coffey served as a flight surgeon in the Navy and is a former President of the Tulare County Medical Societyelitecorpmed.com – a testament to his respected standing in the medical community. After 30+ years running a successful family medicine practice, he “retired” from private practice in 2019 and has since devoted his expertise to Elite’s mission. As Corporate Medical Advisor (and co-owner), Dr. Coffey oversees clinical protocols and quality of care for all our clinics. He ensures that every patient encounter reflects the highest standards of medical excellence and compassionate care.
Nick Gambini is the visionary entrepreneur who founded Elite Corporate Medical Services. A Fresno State alum who graduated cum laude in Business Entrepreneurship. Nick started his first company at age 22 and has since built several successful businesses. He launched Elite with the bold idea of a concierge, zero-cost healthcare model that could radically improve employee health engagements. As CEO, Nick leads Elite’s strategic direction and growth. He has overseen Elite’s expansion to 100+ client organizations and spearheaded the addition of services like on-site wellness programs, vaccination clinics, and behavioral health offerings. Nick is known for his hands-on, personable leadership style – you might find him chatting with clients on-site or brainstorming new ways to better serve our members. Outside of work, he’s active in the community (including Rotary service) and passionate about youth programs and community health. Nick’s energy and dedication set the tone for our entire team.
Tiffany is the operational powerhouse who keeps Elite running smoothly day in and day out. With a strong background in finance and administration, she originally joined Elite as an accounting manager and grew alongside the company. Now as COO, Tiffany oversees internal operations, clinic implementation, and service delivery across all client sites. She makes sure that every clinic launch, from staffing to supplies, is executed flawlessly. Tiffany’s detail-oriented approach and process expertise ensure that our day-to-day operations consistently meet our high standards. She is also a key driver of our continuous improvement efforts – always looking for ways to enhance efficiency, patient experience, and outcomes. Her leadership behind the scenes enables our medical team to focus on what they do best: caring for patients.
Jennifer wears two very important hats at Elite, heading both our finance and HR functions. A seasoned professional with experience in corporate finance, she ensures that Elite remains financially healthy and sustainable as we grow. Jennifer manages budgeting, financial reporting, and works closely with clients on billing arrangements – all with keen attention to detail and transparency. At the same time, she leads our Human Resources efforts, from talent recruitment to employee development and engagement. Jennifer is passionate about building a positive workplace culture; she often says that taking care of our own team enables us to better care for our clients. Her dual expertise ensures that we have the right people on board and the financial stability to continuously innovate. Jennifer’s strategic insight and commitment to people make her an invaluable part of our leadership.
Kayla plays a pivotal role in coordinating Elite’s clinic operations across various locations. With a background in healthcare administration, she works closely with our clinic managers and client contacts to ensure each clinic is meeting its goals and delivering exceptional care. Kayla oversees scheduling, workflow, and compliance for clinics, making sure that our services align with each client’s needs. She is often on-site at new clinic openings and actively involved in training staff on Elite’s protocols and culture. Colleagues know Kayla for her upbeat, problem-solving attitude – she’s the one who makes sure any operational challenges are handled quickly and that our clinics run like a well-oiled machine. Under Kayla’s guidance, our teams stay organized, responsive, and ready to serve.
Curtis is the driving force behind Elite’s growth and outreach. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare marketing and business development, he is responsible for connecting Elite’s solutions with the organizations that need them most. Curtis leads our business development team in forging new partnerships and works closely with existing clients to ensure their ongoing needs are met. He also oversees all marketing initiatives – from highlighting client success stories to showcasing our services at industry conferences. Curtis’s approach to marketing and sales is very relationship-driven; he believes in educating prospective clients and building trust through honest communication. His enthusiasm for our mission is contagious. Under his leadership, Elite has become a recognized name in corporate health, and we continue to grow and reach new communities.

Amanda is another key leader on our clinic operations team, responsible for managing on-site clinics and ensuring they meet the needs of our clients. She has extensive experience coordinating healthcare services and has been instrumental in expanding our clinic network (for example, she helped launch the Visalia Unified School District employee clinic in 2017. Amanda excels at building relationships with client organizations – she works closely with HR departments and wellness coordinators to promote clinic utilization and health education for employees. Internally, Amanda oversees staffing and training for her clinics, and she’s known for fostering a warm, patient-centered environment. Under her guidance, clinics not only provide excellent medical care but also become a trusted resource that employees genuinely appreciate. Amanda’s dedication to high-touch service and her organizational skills ensure that each clinic she manages operates at its full potential.
Carina Cortez Trujillo serves as a Clinic Division Manager at Elite Corporate Medical Services hecc.clinic, where she oversees the day-to-day operations of multiple health clinics with a hands-on, patient-first approach. She brings extensive experience in healthcare administration, having previously excelled as a Business Services Manager at Kaweah Health. In that role, Carina managed critical business and patient service functions, and her dedication even earned her recognition as an Employee of the Month. This strong background in hospital and clinic operations has equipped her with a keen eye for efficiency and a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver quality care.
Yesika is one of our expert clinic division managers, overseeing a portfolio of Elite’s on-site and near-site clinics. With a strong background in clinical operations and patient care, Yesika ensures that each clinic under her supervision delivers consistent, top-quality service. She mentors clinic staff (nurses, medical assistants, and providers) on Elite’s best practices and is often on-site to support new clinic launches or to implement improvements. Yesika has a real passion for patient satisfaction – she closely monitors feedback and works with employers to tailor services for their workforce. Having managed clinics for several of our major clients, Yesika is adept at navigating the unique challenges of different industries and work settings. Whether it’s a clinic serving a school district or a manufacturing plant, she makes sure it feels welcoming and runs efficiently. Her leadership helps maintain the “Elite standard” of care across all locations.
Miklo is the behind-the-scenes tech wizard who keeps our information systems secure, efficient, and innovative. He manages Elite’s technology infrastructure, including our electronic medical records system (we partner with a leading EMR provider for secure data management). Miklo and his team ensure that all patient data is handled with top-level security and HIPAA compliance, and that our clinics have the digital tools they need to operate smoothly. From online scheduling platforms to data analytics, Miklo oversees the programming and IT support that enable our modern care model. He has a background in software development and a knack for problem-solving – if there’s an IT issue at a clinic, Miklo resolves it in a flash. His work allows our clinicians to focus on patients instead of paperwork, and he’s constantly implementing new tech solutions to enhance the patient experience (like convenient patient portals and rapid reporting dashboards). Simply put, Miklo makes sure our technology works for people, not against them.
