Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners

Job Overview:

Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners are advanced practice providers who deliver comprehensive, patient-centered clinical care with compassion and expertise. In this role, you would provide primary and preventive healthcare services at our on-site or near-site health centers, working collaboratively in a wellness-focused environment to support overall patient health.

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services, including diagnosis and treatment.
• Perform physical exams and wellness screenings.
• Educate patients on preventive care and chronic condition management.
• Coordinate care with medical, clinical, and wellness teams.
• Document patient visits accurately in EMR systems.

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license and certification.
• 3+ years of clinical experience in outpatient settings.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation.
• Current BLS certification; DEA registration preferred.
• Warm, patient-centered clinical approach.
